I had a really good experience here. I paid ahead for a few hours of parking. It was cheap and the attendant was super helpful on the way in and on the way out.

I tried to book 4 nights days of parking directly through the LAZ app. I select my dates, enter my card info and hit pay $80. I realize later the business charged my card $200. I email saying I have been overcharged, add screenshot, and requesting a partial refund.
While they did issue me the partial refund, in the process of doing so they entirely cancelled my reservation/deleted the QR code from which to exit the garage. I emailed asking for a QR code to be issued for me. Email is ignored.
Eventually on Monday, I go to drop the car off.
I send this email to LAZ:
"Hi, I have just dropped the car off at the garage. I was not sure whether an attendant would be working during the weekend so I street parked during the weekend and entered the garage today morning.
I was issued a partial refund for an overcharge yet my entire reservation and QR code was accidentally marked as cancelled so I had to explain in detail the situation to the attendant to be let in.
Due to this I am outlining the situation to make sure everything is communicated clearly - I had only requested and was issued a partial refund, thus I have already paid LAZ parking in exchange for a spot in the garage.
I will depart the garage sometime on Saturday October 5th and I do understand that my rate does not include any in and out privileges prior to that. "
After forwarding my email around to find the right contact, I eventually got this response from LAZ.
"Good afternoon,
Thank you for clarifying the situation for me. We apologize because are experiencing a technical glitch in our system where the price displayed is not the correct one for the time parameter however at this point the financial aspect has been taken care of for this reservation. During the day of departure, you will be permitted to exit with no issues. I feel this is important for future use in case the glitch pops up again. The final charged price is the correct one for the dates selected. Our marketing team is aware of the glitch and they are working to correct the issue. As far as the in and out privileges, in order to have that you need to reserve a 30 day pass or longer for your reservation. Please reach out if you have any additional questions."
Fast forward me trying to exit the garage Saturday afternoon.
I (a young professional with the entire email thread I have had with LAZ corporate) went to the garage (valet style) but the garage attendant would not bring my vehicle to me (to exit the garage) without me showing him the QR code (cancelled) or some ticket (which I was never given when I dropped off the car due to the cancelled QR code situation).
He was insistent that I was trying to rob a car and proceeded to ignore me and just walk away while I was talking to him if I could not provide him with the QR code.
The LAZ attendant stated that I could be a stranger trying to steal someone's car at least 8 times. The assertion was frankly ridiculous. I kept trying to show him the email. I could tell him my license plate, provide him an inventory of every single thing in the car, my registration/insurance in the car matched the ID I was showing him, and also if he just bothered to look up my confirmation code from my initial booking with LAZ instead of ignoring me, he would have been able to see that I had paid and given the info as it was in fact my vehicle.
After ~30 minutes with no success talking to the attendant, the issue was only resolved after I was like, "well I will have to call the cops now, because at this point, LAZ has my key, my vehicle (I could see it in the garage), has taken my payment, and will not return my car to my possession so if anything, it seems like you guys have stolen my car!". Finally the attendant brought my vehicle and I was permitted to exit the garage.
Literally ridiculous. After corporate said "During the day of departure, you will be permitted to exit with no issues." Wasted so much of my time. Would never park with them again.

Monthly parking which is usually pretty seamless. Until you lend your car to your girlfriend’s friend and she somehow parks it back in a different garage. Big shout out to Thomas who, on his first day, helped me track down my missing car. Thank you dude.

What brought me to unfortunate experience. So I went as a medical professional to see a bedbound patient in the area. Just a quick wellness check no exam just a check. I got to LAZ parking. The male older Hispanic parking attendant, rude, no customer service, just a nasty attitude, slow moving. I got there he told me the prices I said “okay”. He kept mentioning the prices over and over.I understood what he what sayings. He could have said it English,Spanish and French and I would have understood in all the 5 languages I speak. You know when someone is telling you something bc they normally screw people over with exactly what they are talking about (foreshadowing). That is what this man was doing when I thought about it later. I parked, went to the patient, got back at the 27 to 30minutes mark but the man was getting someone else’s car (oldsmobile) who was checking out . By the time he got to me it was 37 minutes. He took his sweet time to run the clock yes so I paid $37 for 37 minutes of parking. It’s not the money it’s the principle. Even in New York how can someone pay $37 for $37 minutes of parking. It’s absurd and use other parking garages. He called the manager and proceeded to speak in Spanish which he thought I wouldn’t understand. The manager then told me I was there for 37 minutes according to when the parking attendants scanned my ticket without realizing I was there prior but the man took his sweet old time. I will never use LAZ as a company. Total rip off. The man was so rude. Ready to fight me for no reason ( first time
I’m my life of existence ), uncouth, unemployable anywhere, bad service all in all. Go at your own risk.
