  So rude!!! Yes I know New Yorkers are known to be rude but when you are employed somewhere and deal with customers, change your attitude ! For the important part of this though for anyone that books here, if you stay here 7 days or longer, might as well do the monthly parking pass. Its cheaper. Anyways, drop your luggage off beforehand if you have a lot or have it ready because you don’t get to go back to your car to get your luggage once you drive in it. The guy at the beginning when I dropped mine off was fine, he looked like he didn’t really wanna be there but it’s whatever. He was nice and waited for me to get my stuff out of my car ( I was rushing) and gave him my keys and I walked a block to my hotel. Not far at all. 5 minute walk tops. I ended up forgetting my medicine that is prescribed to me, that I take daily for anxiety, depression, moods etc. I didn’t notice this till I got up the next morning because I take it at breakfast time. I forgot it under my radio. I walked to the garage and there’s a different person there, I don’t know his name but he’s an old guy. I didn’t get my full sentence out and he was shooing me away!!! Like I was a dog! I said “sir I just need my medicine. It’s an important medication. I understand this is not really how you guys operate but I really need my meds” ( mind you, there’s only one other guy there to pick up a car) and he looked at me in pure disgust like I asked him to do something so unimaginable. I paid $375 to park in this garage for 7 days and they couldn’t get my medicine that only would take 5 minutes max. He told me “ if you want your medicine, you can take your car now and go and no refund” . I had side effects from not taking my meds for 7 days. I had migraines, brain zaps, moody and downright just miserable. When I went to go pick up my car after 7 days. I texted the number to tell them I need it ( it says to on the ticket 20 minutes before) I waited 30 minutes for confirmation saying “ retrieving car” and right after that “ car is ready, you have 10 minutes to pick up your car or we will repark it “…I walked there in 3 minutes and my car was not ready at all. Thankfully the guy there at the beginning was working and he hurried and got my car for me, had to move another car to get to mine ( which was on the first level!!) so the little old guy could of easily gotten my meds that day. I tipped the nice guy for getting my car so quickly but I won’t be back at this parking garage all because the old guy. I wish I got his name, only thing I know of him was that he’s old, bald on top, hair on sides and Asian.

  Parked an SUV here for about 48 hours (Wednesday evening - Friday evening). We had no issues. Paid through SpotHero including the oversize vehicle fee. Quick drop off and pick up.
