I make reservations for my parking weeks in advance and now when I get there it's blocked and when they let you in they say o well we aren't supposed to let you in unless you are a monthly pass. Why give the option and advertise to park daily if you have your attendants telling customers it doesn't matter if you prepay we don't have to honor it unless you are a monthly member
