  We purchased parking from this garage online for a trip to visit my uncle who lives on 170th street. The rates seemed reasonable so it seemed to be worth a 15-20 min walk. However, when we got there the attendant initially said they couldn’t accommodate us and that purchasing the parking online was no guarantee. He then acted like he was doing us a great favor to accept the car. Fast forward 2 days when I showed up to get my car, the attendant (a different person this time) told me I owed him $20 more because I was late picking it up. When I showed him my online reservation which proved I was actually 45 min early he then told me it was because my car was too big. We have a Toyota Highlander and there was no mention of an upcharge for a midsize SUV when I purchased the parking online. We visit my uncle 2 or 3 times a year and this is our first experience with this garage. I certainly won’t be parking here again.
