I live in Atlanta — my car never left the state. I contacted LAZ immediately but only got vague replies and no real help. To date, no refund, no explanation. This is unacceptable. Charging someone for a car they don’t own in a city they weren’t in is either fraud or gross negligence. I have since disputed the charge with my credit card company. Be warned: Monitor your statements closely if you risk using LAZ Parking. I strongly recommend parking anywhere else.
