- MMMavyRegDec 23, 20251.0We needed to drop something in our car and they tried making us pay extra for that when we specifically said that we only needed to drop our luggage in the trunk and would be back at our allotted vehicle pickup time. We told the guy that but he moved the car anyway and he tried lying to his boss that we never told him to move the car. Horrible experience
- JMJoseph Matthew MendozaMay 30, 20251.0DO NOT— I REPEAT, DO NOT PARK AT THIS LOCATION. My wife and I waited 15–20 minutes for a staff member to assist us. Neither of the two employees spoke enough English to communicate clearly, and we couldn’t understand what they were saying. Without giving us any information, they took photos of our vehicle, grabbed our key and issued a ticket. At that point, we decided not to proceed with parking there. Despite us still sitting in the car, they issued a ticket and charged us $19. We later spoke to the manager, LEO, who claimed he would issue a refund. However, when we tried calling him back, the number he gave us was out of service. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. THE MANAGEMENT AND STAFF ARE SCAMMERS. I would give this place -5 STAR if it was possible.
