We arrived around 5 a.m. for the Macy’s Parade with no reservation, and the staff member on duty, Álvaro, went above and beyond to help us out. At first, he warned me that without a reservation it might be difficult to park and kindly suggested trying another garage across the street. But after seeing that we were a family visiting the city, he changed his mind and said, “You know what? Stay here with us.” His kindness and willingness to help made a big difference for us. Álvaro also recommended using the SpotHero app to make our parking experience easier for the rest of the trip — and it really did help. His attitude, empathy, and great customer service truly stood out. Thank you, Álvaro, for taking care of this traveling family! Highly recommend this location.

We had a rental and a large SUV so a bit concerned about scratches but they took good care of the vehicle. Pleasantly surprised! Ubered into the city and used public transport from there. Was very wary to doing this as there were no reviews but had no issues and the process was seamless.
