  A company with $1.4 billion in revenues is fighting me over damage to my car where they admitted that the damage occurred in their facility. Blaming it on the self-parkers that you allow to park next to the monthly customers paying in excess of $400 a month for attendant parking is just lame. I plan to take them to court and I will make sure they pay every cent of what’s required to fix the damage to my car. Outrageous. Based on what’s in these reviews this might be a class action before it’s over. I called the number in your reply and all the extensions go to voicemail and no one calls back. It’s been a month and no one has even tried to call me to resolve this matter.

  Very rude and disrespectful attendant. No one was there when I entered the garage. Attendant came after couple of minutes and rolled his eyes when I presented my booking information. Very bad communication when it comes to explaining things for a person parking for the first time at this place. Unpleasant experience as a whole.

  My husband and I have been using this garage prior to Laz Parking taking over. We had a great experience. Laz took over last year and all we have gotten is rude and disrespectful attendants, higher rates, and no one to speak to. All communication is done by email, hope someone answers back. This area does not have many indoor parking but we have decided to end our contract. This level of rudeness on a daily basis is too much especially when you’re paying close to $400.00 a month.
