  This establishment changed hands and the new managers are thoroughly incompetent. Do not become a monthly member here -- they will fail to charge you, and then they will create all kinds of problems when you come back to retrieve your car. The manager, Paul Cesseus, is particularly rude. Just go around the corner to any one of the many alternatives.

  Do NOT use the . Park fast is a lie. Even when you book in advance they take their time. What's the point of the barcode when they don't have anything to scan it with. You get there wait in line to park, then the man doesn't scan the code. You have to take a bunch of steps just for them to park your car in part of the driveway. If you don't have space to park say that. Don't allow people to pay in advance only to be so slow you make them late for an appointment leave their car in a driveway. Then refuse a refund when you only had the car for 2 minutes. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!

  We paid for the 12 hour package but they asked us to give a time of arrival and departure. As we were parked directly across from ABC studios and attend a recording of a show which they suggested it would be 4 hours long ( so we gave our estimated time to the car park). Unfortunately the show ran over 30 minutes but thought that should be fine as we actually paid for 12 hours! That was to be an assumption that would cost us a further $15 to get our car from Edison ParkFast! On arrival to pick up our car the attendant informed us we owed a further $15 for our late estimated time! He told us the money had to be paid even though it was a 12 hours package! Don’t give an “estimated time” but tell them it’s 12 hours after your arrival.
