  Expensive, $60 for 1 hour. My car was parked half way on the sidewalk being used as a blockade for the entrance.. plenty of other spaces. Very unprofessional.

  I had one employee help me when I arrived and another when I picked up my car. Both were very friendly, super helpful and kept my car safe. I was very impressed with the service I received from the facility.

  I had a very helpful person on the phone confirm they had monthly bicycle parking. Said he called the lot to confirm because I was planning to take a long bike ride to drop my bike off. I arrived and the attendant said "Nope, no bikes" and barely listened to me explain why I was there and offered no solutions whatsoever. I called the main number back and got another helpful, apologetic person who said they KNEW with absolute certainty there was bicycle parking at the Edison ParkFast on 44th between 8th and 9th and asked me to go up there and they would take care of me. Having seen this scenario before, I asked them to please call to confirm because I was not about to bike another couple miles to be let down even further from my office. A couple minutes elapse and I'm told "While they usually have bicycle parking, it's under construction right now and they're not taking bikes." While the employees may be really friendly, the information they have is absolutely useless. Thank you iPark at 80 Pine Street for taking care of my bike despite the fact there was no manager there to "allow" the attendant to be proactive and take my money from me!
