  Terrible customer service at Edison ParkFast. The valet was yelling at customers and calling people “stupid,” with especially rude and aggressive behavior toward women. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I would not recommend this place.

  After endless searching and reading horrible reviews in almost every NYC parking, we were very scared of encountering problems when parking our rental car for the night. We chose this parking as it had one of the "best" scores in GMaps. Booked through SpotHero. Fortunately, all went really smoothly, not a single problem encountered. We presented the QR code upon arriving to the car park, and they handed us a ticket that we would have to present when picking up the car the following day. We gave them the keys and left. The following day everything went as they explained us: we presented the ticket they gave us, scanned a QR code they indicated on a screen and our car was lifted down and given back to us. No extra charges, everything was flawless. I recommend this parking when parking in Manhattan. It definitely isn't cheap, but it wasn't the most expensive by any means and most importantly, the experience was good.

  Kia sorento and hyndai palisade priced differently. One was $20 while the other was $45. Both cars are the same exact build. We were charged an extra $25 because one was considered oversized. When we asked how one of the cars is considered oversized when they are the same size the manager was dodging the question and told us to refer to the policy. Could not explain in the moment why and did not know which car was oversized.

  This was one of the best parking lots I have ever use in New York. The parking attendants were extremely helpful, attentive, and professional. We had pre purchased parking through an app and did have an issue with the ticket going through but at no fault to the lot. The parking ended up actually being cheaper when I paid directly through ParkFast. I will certainly be returning to this lot in the future based on our experience.

  Parked here on 12/26. We made reservation for the day for $85 We show up at 1130am, they checked our reservation, took the keys. It all seemed kosher. Nice attendants and such. We came back at 10pm. They said we did not pay, and they we need to pay $65. Okay, a simple misunderstanding, we show the 2 attendants our parking agreement that we showed nearly 11 hours ago. They said that they cannot honor this unapologetically, even though it was clear. Stated some policy rule; sounded made up. The reservation has our make model of our vehicle and license number AND date and times. This place a scam. What else could we do, they would not get our car until we paid $65? Seems like extortion. Protesting with them is like arguing with the sidewalk. We pay the additional $65. They got our car. We spent a minute or 2 getting the kids settling in the car, making sure we know where we need to go and etc, and they started honking horns at us. My kids were getting nervous of the situation. Mind you we were in the car with our windows rolled up minding our own business. They took pictures of our liscense plate, we gave it to them in the reservation and they put it on our second receipt. No one was waiting for us to move. Why did they need to do that? I am not too worried about the double charge, it was a simple matter of contacting my bank. Stay away. And if for some reason you still want to use this place, DONT Prepay! Prepay = Double Pay + tons of frustration ________________________ Hey owner, I saw your cut and paste response. Very lame. I seen it attached to a few other similar comments that described similar experiences. Meanwhile, fix your extortion business. ‐--‐‐‐---- Update: contacted my bank with my receipts, bank refunded my money from the charge directed from parking lot extortionists. The App payment went through.
