  Convenient place to park if you’re seeing a show. But other than that the employees both times were so unprofessional and rude. I genuinely felt uncomfortable. They don’t want to do their job basically. And they drive people’s cars incredibly reckless.

  DO NOT PARK HERE ⭐ 1 Star – Read Before Booking If you’re considering Edison ParkFast at 322 W 44th St, please read this. We were staying next door at TownePlace Suites, which lists this garage as its offsite parking partner. Feb 7 – 1:30 PM: We tried to enter and were told it was “reservation only.” No sign said that. I asked if we could book for later that day or night and the attendant said no reservations were available at all. He then walked away mid-conversation. We spent over TWO HOURS driving around Midtown looking for parking, paid $25 out of pocket nearly a mile away, and missed the start of our event. While parked elsewhere, we checked their website — and reservations were available. So we booked 7 PM–7 PM for $55. 6:10 PM: We returned slightly early. No attendant at entry and no warning that early arrival would cause a charge. My car is a manual. I specifically asked if they could drive stick. The attendant said “everyone here can.” He stalled my car 6–7 times and repeatedly ground the gears. I had to demand to park it myself to prevent further damage. I was told the car would NOT be moved. Feb 8 – 12 PM: The car had been moved anyway. Staff argued with each other about who moved it and initially couldn’t find my key. The manager (“John”) was rude and dismissive. 6 PM – Trying to Leave: We were told we owed $33 because we entered at 6:10 PM the night before — even though we paid for a 24-hour reservation and were leaving before 24 hours passed. No signage. No warning. No attendant at entry. We were told we couldn’t leave until we paid. After about 20 minutes of arguing at the exit, the gate was finally lifted around 7 PM. Summary: • Falsely told no reservations were available • Staff unable to drive manual cars • Car moved after promise it wouldn’t be • Surprise $33 charge for arriving 50 minutes early • Extremely unprofessional staff behavior If you drive a manual, do NOT park here. Be cautious booking reservations — early arrival may trigger surprise fees. I have filed formal complaints with multiple entities

  I arrived at 1:35 and my car was not taken by the attendant till 1:55. I almost missed my show. On returning the self checkout for prepaid instructions were very unclear AND the iPad wasn’t working properly. I will never park here again and I suggest no one else does.

  Easy in easy out Staff were nice and polite when dropping off and picking up Took a couple minutes to wait for them to bring the car down mind you they have to walk up each ramp to get your car and very polite when they scan your ticket n tell you how to get out etc Highly recommend this garage

  The guy managing in the parking area was very rude and inconsiderate. We had a physically challenged person and though there was a handicapped parking in the 1st floor he did not allow me to park there. And it's a scam as if we want to exit the building they're are holding us back until you pay even though we did not park there. It's a scam Moreover he was sweating in Spanish which we did not understand, not recommended this place at all
