  I’ve only been enrolled with this parking lot for 5 days, and the experience has already been extremely disappointing. Nearly every interaction I’ve had with employees has been unpleasant. Staff members are consistently rude, dismissive, and speak to you as if you’re a bother rather than a paying customer. The worst experience was with a manager when I was simply trying to retrieve my car. From the very start of the interaction, he was disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional, which is unacceptable—especially from someone in a management position. Customer service matters, and so far this location has completely failed in that area. I would not recommend enrolling here unless significant changes are made in how customers are treated.

  Today I parked my car at this location. Everything was okay however when I went to pick up my car I had a really negative experience. Mr Patrick went to get my car and when I went in my car I wasn’t able to drive it because the wheel was locked. I asked him kindly if he could please fix it for me, since I have never picked up a car before from a garage and found the steering wheel in that condition, keep in mind I am also a first time car owner and if I would have known how to fix it I would have done it on my own. I truly didn’t know how and was so kind and respectful when I asked for his help. He was extremely rude and ignored me, telling me he wasn’t going to fix it for me. Thankfully someone else from the garage came and helped me. I honestly did not know how to fix the wheel, his behavior is not only unprofessional but truly uncalled for, the least he could have done was tell me how to fix it in a kind matter, there was no reason for his behavior. I was a paying customer, I am a woman and he a grown man getting out of character for something that could have been so simple. I understand life is hard and we could all have bad days but it wasn’t necessary for him to be rude. I just wish he understood I truly did not know how to fix it and just needed his help.

  Félix is an amazing employee at my garage and always greets me with a huge smile and positive energy. Even when you can tell it’s very busy and occasionally stressful, Felix is a welcoming presence and has a great attitude.

  Why 5-stars? THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM JORGE! If only all the valets could be more like Jorge: smiling, welcoming and courteous. Thank you, Jorge!! And adding a thank you to Patrick, the manager! When these two are working the same shift, everything goes smoothly. I really appreciate their professionalism, courtesy, and genuine friendliness.
