  Charged double for a ticket that was definitely paid in the morning. While discussing the matter, he charged another 10 because it was 3 minutes later. Very unfriendly. Never come back.

  The garage may be fine but the employees on duty is the worst. I live in the city and park all the time in lots of places and never have problems like him. .

  The Best Parking Facility in Chelsea hands down. The staff at Edison Fast on 20th St and 10th Ave are amazing. I have been to many different facilities over the years and I will start out by mentioning the way the staff operates is a clearly the tone that is set may the managers , both Pean ( mngr) and Jonathan are really great at what they do, first off they are very personable and respectful they very accommodating, compared to other facilities where you don’t even see the manager because they are hiding in an office somewhere that’s not visible , both Pean and Jonathan are always visible and can always chat with them .I park monthly as I work nearby and if I ever have to run out in the middle of the day and return they have no problem with it, they do it with a smile and sadly many other facilities just don’t operated like that. I’ve been there for a little over a year and the staff is also great, I see Gary every morning he is the most serious of the bunch, and he definitely knows his stuff and really is good at parking as I see him put a few bigger vehicles under the racks with ease, Cazeau , Tiberus and Mohammed are all amazing as well as they know my schedule and always have my car ready for me when I arrive . Hopefully you get the picture by now as I can keep writing , if you are looking for a place to park your car, where it will be safe, and taken care of , as well being able to have the pleasure of dealing with a great group of guys look no further. Stop by and see them.

  Wonderful parking garage with kind, considerate and proficient staff. It's always seamless getting my car in and out. Highly recommend for monthly parking in West Chelsea.
