  STAY AWAY. Unfortunately I have to update the previously-glowing review I gave this garage. We have been parking here for nearly 4 years, and have had a wonderful experience with the team (thanks, Gil and Miguel!), and, until their recent acquisition, a great experience with Icon Parking, where we had been a customer (at another Icon Garage before this one) for almost 6 years. Everything changed the day Icon was acquired by a new parent company in July 2024. Within days, we received notice of new nickel-and-dime fees (e.g., "admin" fees and "maintenance" fees) and, like clockwork, every 3 months we now receive notice of a substantial rate increase ($20-50 increase every 12 weeks). My previously-stated rate has now increased 50% in 14 months. The final straw occurred today when I receive an invoice that added, on top of my now-inflated monthly base rate, a $250 "luxury car" surcharge. When I questioned this surcharge (we have a "nice" but "normal" car -- not a Maserati or Bentley or anything), they replied and said the brand of my car is "by definition" a luxury car, citing a U.S. News Ranking of Top Luxury Cars that included Volvo and Acura on the list, and told me they will do me a "favor" and not back-charge me $250/month from 2023 (when I bought this car). Even worse, I checked my bank statement and see now they charged my card $250 more than the amount they invoiced me last month. I am honestly speechless. Please please please ignore any prior positive reviews and STAY FAR AWAY from any Icon Garages. They are not the reputable company they once were!!!

  Very bad experience: made reservation on line and credit card was charged but email confirmation never came. Then on site they said I have to pay again and it was $28 for 4 hours. When leaving, they told me I had to pay $43 and said the $28 price was wrong. Complete rip off!!!

  The parking was perfect as we were visiting the same building. We had pre booked and the whole process was smooth. For pickup the car was ready and turned around and ready to exit. Overall the smoothest experience I have had so will definitely recommend it.

  The staff are friendly and available if you need your car in the middle of the night. I feel safe parking there.
