  I made an online payment and reservation but they still asked me for the full price. After letting them notice they refused to refund. I ended up to pay twice.

  SHAKING IN MY BOOTS!🚨🚨 WHAT THE HELLY? The Scam Olympics Are Alive and Well in Chinatown Parking Garage!😄 Booked this garage on SpotHero for $10.99. Mazda CX-30, reservation confirmed, life was good. I show up to pick up the car, and the guy hits me with, “That’ll be $10 more.” SpotHero is a legit platform with locked-in pricing that includes taxes/fees for the exact car you listed. (If this happened to you then I suggest contacting spot hero for a refund. They hate partnering with shady garages like this one because it tarnishes their reputation.) ANYWAYS BACK TO MY STORY! Fast forward to pick-up. The guy behind the counter, mid 30s/40s, thick accent tells me I have to cough up an extra $10. I show him the app. I show him the reservation. I show him the price. 🤔 He stares at me like I just told him his shoes were untied and says, “I don’t care, you still have to pay.” BRO let me be crystal clear: it’s not about the $10. I wipe my 🍑 with $10. It’s about the disrespect. The principle. THE ABSOLUTE TOMFOOLERY.🤡 The bait-and-switch. The AUDACITY. I asked “why” six times. SIX. Each time, he dodged the question like a man dodging child support payments. No posted fee. No reason, just “pay or no car.” HE WAS HOLDING OUR CAR HOSTAGE!😤 🫨At one point he starts yelling, “ME?! ME?! YOU’RE CALLING ME A SCAMMER?!🤬” FIRST OFF, WHAT THE HECK? SHEESH! IM JUST A GIRL!!😔 BUT second off, yes, sir. Yes, I am calling you a scammer!🚨 You could tattoo it on your forehead at this point. Because when you advertise $10.99 on a partner app and tack on surprise fees with no reason, that’s called a scam in every language. I even pulled up the Google reviews right there (spoiler: I am not the first victim) and warned the customers behind me. Consider me the Robin Hood of SpotHero.😏 Alas.. I paid the ransom💰, because my parents and friend were behind me and we were wasting time. Demanded a receipt (which he only printed after a secret whispered huddle with his partner, as if they were negotiating a malicious plot).🤨 🚨THEN, when it was time to bring the car up, this man ZOOMED🏁 out of the depths of that garage like he was in Fast & Furious: Parking Drift edition, stomping the gas, engine roaring, like our Mazda CX-30 had offended his ancestors. My friend and I were wide-eyed in the passenger area like, “Ohhh, he’s MAD mad.”🫢 AND WHEN HE HOPPED OUT OF THE CAR, he pulled JUST ME aside and said, “I let the company pay for the charge, I didn’t charge you.” Sure, and I’m the Queen of England.🙄We’ll see what the credit card statement says, champ. I suspect he just wanted me to stop telling his future customers the tea.🫖 OVERALL: This place thrives on upcharging people who booked through SpotHero, banking on the fact that most folks will just roll their eyes and pay the extra 10 or 20. If you enjoy being hustled THEN GO AHEAD. Otherwise, park literally anywhere else.🫡

  Bad service…. Avoid this place. If I can give 0’i will give 0 to this parking lot. I just question the price different from my apps and the price sign that they have. The attendant just got offended by his poor EQ and English. The customer service is 0.
