  Have to download the icon app in order to get the barcode to check in. Then they send you a text with a link (be sure to open before entering the garage). Then they scan that for check out. Fairly easy and decent price.

  My issue isn't with the physical spot itself, but with the abysmal, consistently frustrating checkout process. Every single time I go to exit, the attendants have trouble with the computer. Without fail, I am asked for my phone number and my SpotHero code, and every single time, the staff struggles to input it, process it, or figure out what to do next. The same people seem to be working in the evening, and they always have trouble navigating the app and the protocols. It's not a smooth transition at all—it's always a long, unnecessary wait while they stare blankly at the screen or fumble with the keyboard. If you are going to run a modern parking service that utilizes codes and apps, please, for the love of convenience, learn how to utilize the computer. Train your staff on the very basic function of their job. It is infuriatingly inefficient.

  Highly recommended. Not only are the attendants courteous, professional, and expedient, but I always feel safe leaving my car in their hands. If you are looking for a short- or long-term valet garage on the west side, this is the place to go.
