Every single time I go to exit, the attendants have trouble with the computer. Without fail, I am asked for my phone number and my SpotHero code, and every single time, the staff struggles to input it, process it, or figure out what to do next. The same people seem to be working in the evening, and they always have trouble navigating the app and the protocols. It's not a smooth transition at all—it's always a long, unnecessary wait while they stare blankly at the screen or fumble with the keyboard. If you are going to run a modern parking service that utilizes codes and apps, please, for the love of convenience, learn how to utilize the computer. Train your staff on the very basic function of their job. It is infuriatingly inefficient.
