  Was always such a great place to park, but sadly, they have recently more than doubled their fees. I’ll miss parking there

  I had inquired about pricing previous to coming to parking lot today. And was explained that if we came before 630am we would the 16.90 early bird pricing. I explained before hand I would leave by 730pm. Today upon arrival I asked the gentlemen working there how much will I pay if I am entering at 630pm and leaving 730pm. He said about 22$. From 16.90? I guess fees and tax. I asked him three times in Spanish and in English and he confirmed that wpuld be my total price. To my surprise when paying later that evening it's 56$ and change because I passed the 12 hr mark despite the employee telling me confirming 3 times and previous to today. The employee from the evening then tells me I should have asked the employee in more detail. Why would I have to further interrogate the employee or ask in more detail? It was a very straightforward question and he gave me a straightforward answer. So in conclusion if you get there early between 6am and 10am it will be 16.90 plus taxes and fee under 22$. And if you pass those 12 hrs then the early bird special goes out the window because they won't charge you the difference for the time you went over, they'll just screw you all together and charge you the original price despite how early you arrived (which is no where in writing) If you come here make sure you ask for all of the disclosures and know the policies better than their own employees. If you want to save some money dont park here. There's better pricing at 113street and Amsterdam ave. Literally half of what I paid ..in response to their owners response. Cleary did not read what I wrote. I did not make a reservation online. I asked the employee in person before parking and the day I parked. Amazong to know their generic response defends their employees lack of knowledge

  El día de hoy dejamos 5 carros en el servicio de parqueo, llegamos a las 8 de la mañana y salimos a las 6:45 de la tarde, pagando respectivamente toda la tarifa de parqueo del lugar. A la hora de salir solicitamos el servicio de baño y fue negado inmediatamente diciendo que no se podía teniendo en cuenta que cuando llegamos nos lo prestaron y a pesar de haber dejado nuestros vehículos allá todo el día, los dos empleados que estaban allá fueron despotos y groseros al salir diciendo que allá trabajaban por propinas qué debíamos darlas, haciéndonos sentir como que fuera una obligación, diciéndonos todo con un mal tono y con rabia. No digo que este mal dar una propina, pero creo que esta no se debería pedir como si fuera obligatorio. Y mucho menos enojarse y tratar de esa forma a los clientes que no la dan. Si van a hacer su trabajo de mala gana mejor que busquen algo que los llene. Tienen tarifas económicas.
