  Horrible service, yelled to close trunk and ended up dropping are bags. Also, couldn’t even understand english only insisted to close the door. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

  Prices advertised are not prices charged. Price was double advertised online and prices listed inside garage are in 11 font type, on an 8x11 sheet of paper, 10 feet from where customer service meets driver and provides ticket. No other pricing was made clear. This Sneaky business tactic is Soulless, Greedy, a Shameful. Single mom just trying to get her kid to an event she worked her ass for on scholarship almost didn’t happen because of this shameful business. Prices must be clearly displayed so customers may have a choice. Shame on this company. Shame shame shame.

  This location is NOT accessible. I didn’t end up parking here because I am using a mobility aid currently… went to park way down in their sub basement and found there’s no elevator and you have to walk all the way up the long winding driveway to the street (dangerous for any ability). I noticed some construction so maybe this is temporary… but went here specifically because the note that says it’s accessible.

  Nachdem wir Tags zuvor eine andere iPark Garage Vorreserviert hatten und dort aber abgelehnt worden, da "kein Platz für uns frei sei", sind wir spontan hin gefahren. Es ist eine riesige Garage und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett! Das abgeben und abholen des Autos ging sehr schnell und reibungslos! Keine Kratzer, keine Dellen. Einzig der Preis ist extrem hoch. Für 10 Stunden für einen Crossover haben wir 92$ bezahlt . Das war aber auch der regulär ausgezeichnete Preis.
