  Scammy place. I used the prepaid parking online . I paid 75 bucks for 11 hours. I chose the place because its the one that accomodates oversized vehicles . Our minivan was considered “oversized” here. When it came time to pick it up, they tried to charge me 81 bucks, I had to tell the guy I already payed , so he took of the 81 Now he’s tried to charge us an extra 15 . I assumed the oversized fee was included on the amount online . On the screen during the pick up it says oversized fee discount -15 But for some reason it was added back and they made us pay for it. Not using this place again.

  I just got a spot in this garage and after two weeks I am going to have to cancel it and move somewhere else. On Thursday when I arrived at the reserved time to take out my car for the first time, they made me wait an HOUR AND A HALF to bring the car up, which meant I was leaving the city right at rush hour. Today, my husband went to pick up the car that we had requested yesterday. He couldn't remember the number of the parking spot and it took me a few minutes to realize I had missed his call. By the time I called back to give them the number of our parking spot, it was still prior to the time of our reservation, but they told us they couldn't give us the car because we made them wait ten minutes to give them the spot number. Mind you, I had requested the car by the parking spot number the day before and it was still prior to the time of our scheduled pick up. The car should have already been ready and waiting for us. I had to call and threaten to report them to the NY Consumer Affairs department before they agreed to give us OUR CAR. This place is a joke. If you bring your car here, they basically treat you like they own your car and you are asking to borrow it. This is totally unacceptable.

  Awful awful experience !!! Got our car hostage, did not want to take our money because their system had a problem .... I threatened them to call the police as we stayed there forever so they could fix their problem! It took forever and I decided to pick up my car myself! My husband paid cash. WILL NEVER COME BACK!!!
