  I had a reservation to park , it is supposed to be 24/7, I arrived after midnight, door was closed, I rang the bell and there was a man that told me it was closed and that the reservation was not valid. I am trying to get a refund but they are still saying it was open 24/7. This is a scam.

  Pricey but beats walking all over the place . Safe for the most part, but attendants have no shame asking if I had cash to give to the guy retrieving the car. Asked me three times if I had cash for the “boys”. After paying $80 , i wasn’t in the mood to be harassed for a tip

  Having read many of the bad reviews, I felt compelled to say that my experience today (Saturday) was the complete opposite. The staff were friendly and courteous, and checkout was quick and painless with a scan of a QR code that was sent to my phone and a tap of Google Pay. Granted, I didn't have an oversized vehicle. Without knowing any better it seems like $40 for up to 12 hours on a Saturday is a fair deal for a major city. Maybe that is actually expensive (I honestly expected it to cost more); but as for service, I have no complaints.

  This Icon Parking on Church Street is absolutely terrible. The driver scratched my mirror, which had no marks on it when I came in. Upon them getting my car for me, I showed them the new scratch on the car, but the driver ran away. Another person came out and said I was trying to scam them and became very rude and nasty. I would NEVER park there again and don't recommend anyone to park there. They are awful.
