On the return it was close to midnight and the process was just a few minutes with no hassle and the car ready. Will definitely park here again
- JMJamie MoranFeb 11, 20201.0Icon Parking was associated with the hotel I stayed out. DO NOT do valet parking if they are involved. I had put my ray ban sunglasses in the center console so they were not out in the open and when I had my car returned, the sunglasses were gone (there was also a used coffee cup in the cup holder so clearly someone was just driving my car around). When I tried to say something about my sunglasses getting stolen, no one seemed to even care or try to accommodate me in any way. They at first acted like they were going to investigate and then did nothing. Their response was that they are not responsible for lost items, yet this was not lost, but stolen and somehow I am still responsible for paying over $130 to park there.
