- GBGina BorghardDec 28, 20251.0DO NOT park here. Prepaid to park for a few hours and when we picked up the car, we were told we owed the “balance” which was another $30 or so. They never communicated any extra fees upon dropping off the car. Total SCAM. Very unprofessional.

- NMNicholas MontoyaOct 1, 20253.0So first of all, I have to complement the workers here because I gave them an estimate as to when I would be back and they had the car at the front ready for me to pick it up. They were very quick at drop off as well. However, the negative is that I paid over $60 for about two hours of parking which is absolutely ridiculous. Of course this is pretty standard all across New York, but I’m sure I would’ve been able to find a parking space that cost less if I had been in less of a rush. Overall, you can rest assured that your car will be taken care of and will be dropped off and then get ready for pick up in a professional and efficient manner, but just know that you are going to be charged a very heavy premium for it. Definitely shop around before thinking of leaving your car here .
- MHMark HalperinSep 26, 20251.0I have been a monthly customer for many years. The garage was extremely well-run for most of that time by the previous Manager. Since he was transferred to another ICON garage, his replacement has been TERRIBLE. On May 18th of this year, I came to pick up my car, and found a HUGE backup - something I had never seen before. Cars were coming in non-stop & unsupervised by the staff (who had normally been very efficient). After half an hour (!) my car was finally brought up & left right at the sharp turn onto the (in +out) ramp from the street. Trying to get past a huge SUV whom the staff did not ask to move, I scraped the side of my car (Tesla) on the turn, resulting in expensive in repairs. Though the new/present Manager admitted that he was understaffed (!!), he stated that it was my fault & refused to take my claim.
