- RTReut Livne- TarandachJan 4, 20241.0Dishonest staff. I showed them I booked a parking spot via an app. They looked at it carefully and said I should wait 10 minutes till a slot is available. I parked, went on my way, only to discovered when I was back in the parking lot that I booked the parking in the place next door and was now asked to pay for the parking at iCon bc my reservation was not with them. I would never park there ever again. Horrible customer service, stay away from this place.
