- NPNaiya PhillipJul 3, 20231.0Despite using the app and providing the attendant with the ticket via app. The attendant decided to question the authenticity and the capability of my brother valeting the car. “It’s a very nice car are you sure it’s yours?” Aside from that’s the worst part now the front seat’s (drivers seat) is damaged. When my mother (car owner) and brother returned the same attendant gave them multiple names (Pedro) and he provided a cable customer service number. Do not use this lot. Racist and damaging cars. There after almost a month later the company claims they were not racist/rude and it was no fault. Save the genuine care and auto bots. Do not park here
