  If I could give them zero stars I would. I dropped my vehicle off this morning around 9am with plans to come pick it up around 8pm. As I was walking down the ramp I noticed that my truck was parked near the employee office with the head lights on. The closer I got, I could see someone sitting in my truck. When I asked the other employee who was assisting me why someone was in my vehicle he responded "that's your car for real?" After I confirmed that it was I asked again why someone was sitting in my truck, nobody had answers. The guy in the truck must've heard the conversation and as I was watching him he seemed to unplug his phone from my charger and get out. When I got into my vehicle it was noticeably warm, indicating it had been running for quite sometime. Typically I would have made a fuss but I had such a long day I just left without saying a word. this experience was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

  Each member of the staff couldn’t be nicer. I’ve parked my brand new car here the last 7 months without a scratch, and using the icon app to schedule ahead my car is always ready in the driveway when I arrive.

  Solid 4 stars. No real complaints, other than VERY slow service to park. The guys were overworked, though, so it’s not their fault.
