- TITiffany IslekJul 13, 20251.0I’m usually not one to complain but I had a reservation over the weekend, check in was fine but I made it very clear that I NEED my car charged before I check out (which will be in a couple of hours). Checked the app and the car is not charged at all….and to make matters worse, their phone number doesn’t work at all. It says disconnected. What kind of operation is this? Paid a premium to park at a garage with charging for 2nights 1 I’m extremely upset
