  DO NOT park here. Choose another garage in the neighborhood. There are other options. This garage will overcharge you and have zero interest in customer service or satisfaction. The garage attendants are cordial but the policies of the management company are unacceptable. You go in expecting to pay the price you reserved and they will figure out a way to charge you double. They have the ability to do the right thing and they don’t. I have been to over 50 garages in NYC in the last decade and have never had such a poor experience will exorbitant extra costs layered on.

  Wall Street Parking: Where Prices Move Faster Than Stocks Buying parking in advance online? Absolute game-changer — for both your wallet and your sanity. These NYC garage prices fluctuate faster than crypto. If I’d waited to pay onsite, I’d have been out $80, but booking just a day earlier saved me $25 (a small miracle in Manhattan). The garage itself? Practically inside Wall Street — 30 seconds from my destination, which in NYC terms means “right next door but still somehow uphill both ways.” Sure, $55 still stings, but hey, this is New York City. Maybe Mamdani’s working on a “Free Parking for the People” bill next? (Pun absolutely intended 😄)

  if they hit your car and damage it be aware they wont help you - update you guys are pathetic. Your employee damaged my car - ghosted me and once it came time to pay. (Icon took liability and accountability). Long story short, because they failed to pay, my car could not be released, and I eventually had to take it to other matters, and due to the negligence of Icon Parking my car was also returned with a dead battery. You guys are truly TRULY pathetic. You don't do ANYTHING to help anyone, it's not your car not your problem. And after reaching out to Icon, I havent had a response from them for over a month - so please if you guys can actually help me make this right I would LOVE to know how :). FYI I've already contacted both customer service and claims, and those departments that "don't know what to tell me". So if you have another solution to pay for the damages you guys did would love to hear it :).

  We parked here and the attendant brought the car up, we got in, and while we got situated he backed into us with another car. Then after 11 months they still HAVE NOT SENT A CHECK for the repairs after they approved the estimate! The repair place won’t release the car and all they say is WAIT. Total incompetence. 100% their fault and my daughter has been without her car since August!!

  Stranded in NYC with my young daughter. Attendant stated I could park for 10 hours for $70 at 5pm. When I returned 7 hours later the garage door were closed. No one answered the door bell, finally someone spoke on the intercom and stated that the guy left, no one was there and they open at 6am come back then. When I called the number on the ticket all I got is an answering machine. Currently sitting in a lobby with my young daughter waiting for the place to open. Waiting to see what they say and what they will charge me. Beyond angry. This is not a minor inconvenience.
