I found the car damaged while it was parked at the garage and when I asked to file claim, the attendant said he cannot give me the claim form and I have to wait until manager shows up the next day between 7am and 3pm and that I have to come to the garage to see the manager to get the form. When I asked if the attendant can communicate with the manager in advance so that I can simply pick up the form when I am available, the attendant said I cannot do that. There has been so many back and forth and whenever I go to the garage, the manager is mysteriously not present.. extremely shady people and frustrating experience thus far.
