Gotten caught in elevator problems multiple times, the elevators have stopped working for weeks due to internal building floods. The elevators today are again not working due to another building flood. This place is absolutely in no way worth it.

We reserved a spot but entered early, which I understand, but by FIVE minutes. The company wouldn't give us our car until we spent an extra $35 because of it. It wasn't communicated when we dropped the car off.
