  Worst icon in town. They will try to not accept hotel validation and will make you wait over 40 minutes to pick up your car. Parking attendants seems like have a better things to do rather than helping customers

  Do not live here. The building maintenance is horrific. Gotten caught in elevator problems multiple times, the elevators have stopped working for weeks due to internal building floods. The elevators today are again not working due to another building flood. This place is absolutely in no way worth it.

  If I could do zero stars I would. Martin was incredibly rude and he's supposed to be the manager. We reserved a spot but entered early, which I understand, but by FIVE minutes. The company wouldn't give us our car until we spent an extra $35 because of it. It wasn't communicated when we dropped the car off.

  I paid for parking use way.com / the way app. Arrived directly when the parking time started and the attendant told us to wait 20 minutes and come back. We didnt leave because we were not going to let people get in before us. Then he yelled at us to back up when there were pedestrians and other vehicles behind us. I understand that the guy was stressed so no big deal. It was a befuddling and incomprehensible experience getting the car into the garage. Getting it out was painless and they did honor my way.com prepaid deal in the end.
