- VVVETERABNSFIRSTNYCOct 15, 20251.0Horrible! I couldn't get out of the W 53 side into the street as cars and tour buses were oarked there. I waited for over 29 minutes for an employee to make them move. Then came yhe issue of a sidewalk stand in the way. Go elsewhere.

A vendor on the sidewalk told him to call the building management on another vendor. The result was an internal investigation was conducted with the conclusion being that in a city sidewalk neither a garage employee or a building management has no jurisdiction over street sales.The vendor and employee continue to call management who has no jurisdiction on a NYC sidewalk.

Each time I wanted to exit the W 53 ramp I wasn't able to see the street traffic due to an oversized art stand blocking my sight line. Management did nothing about it and this went on for a few months.The garage guys don't care about buses that block the entrance either. AND THE CARGO VAN THAT TAKES OUT THE BIKES IT SPEND ABOUT 2 HOURS ON THE SIDEWALK.
