  Before leaving our car, the rate showed $42 for 2 hours. However, our bill was $62. Upon asking, the guy told it’s with additional service charge and tax. BEWARE of the rate spike. Other than that, the valet service is pretty decent.

  This place literally ripped me off. Since I didn’t have a “reservation” the dump charged me 85 dollars for 4 hours and the place was slow! No the guy didn’t tell me it was going to be that expensive. He told me after, of course. I’ve parked in garages in Times Square and have NEVER been ripped off like this! I’m not even a tourist! Skip this joint!

  THIS IS NOT A 24 HOUR GARAGE. THEY DON'T TAKE PHOTOS OF THE CAR BEFORE THEY PARK IT AND I HAD TO WAIT OVER AN HOUR FOR THEM TO FIND MY KEYS TO GET MY CAR. IT CAME BACK WITH DAMAGE AND I GOT NO EXPLAINATION.

  I showed up this morning and indicated that I had a Spot Hero reservation. He did not want to scan my reservation and seemed to simply note it. When I came back to get my vehicle, he scanned and said I had parked at the wrong garage. I was charged for parking. At the next two garages I parked at today with spot hero reservations, they scanned my spot zero reservation at drop off, which assured the garage and me that I was parking at the correct garage. I am assuming that this garage knows that there is a parking garage very close by and that this can happen. Since they are also a spot hero garage, they should be scanning reservations in advance.
