- CDCihan DuzgolApr 6, 20211.0They don't even deserve 1 star. If I had the chance I would have given zero. The manager is very disrespectful and easily lying before your eyes. Employees are mostly do not even listen what you are saying. This is just a 6 days of experience and just imagine how it would be if I continue being a customer. I contacted to the customer service and will move to a different garage soon. This garage is the worst one I ever seen in Manhattan. Stay away if you want peace in your mind.

Am I going to a grocery store or a parking lot? Anyway to take advantage they'd do it. Funny thing is I was in shock and realized they never gave me a receipt which I paid the fee in cash.. Hmmm. Hello IRS?
- GCGreg ChangSep 22, 20141.0If you care about your car don't park here. They left a massive dent in my bumper which was clearly due to them driving another too closely and side swiping my car. Of course there was no pre-inspection done so they'll deny that they caused it. On the other hand it was dirt cheap $14 for 4 hours. Maybe they felt guilty? Or maybe you get what you pay for. $300 in damages. Avoid!
