- CDCihan DuzgolApr 6, 20211.0They don't even deserve 1 star. If I had the chance I would have given zero. The manager is very disrespectful and easily lying before your eyes. Employees are mostly do not even listen what you are saying. This is just a 6 days of experience and just imagine how it would be if I continue being a customer. I contacted to the customer service and will move to a different garage soon. This garage is the worst one I ever seen in Manhattan. Stay away if you want peace in your mind.

Am I going to a grocery store or a parking lot? Anyway to take advantage they'd do it. Funny thing is I was in shock and realized they never gave me a receipt which I paid the fee in cash.. Hmmm. Hello IRS?
