- SUswarna udayApr 4, 20231.0PLEASE DO NOT PARK HERE. THEFT PLACE!!! we used their service today on April 1st 2023 for few hours. When we were on our way back, we noticed that my sun glasses which was left in the car was missing. I tried to call the management, intially they picked and told me they will look into the security cameras and call back. They did not call back. We tried to reach them again no answer..They guy who eventually picked up was rude and cut the call. VERY BAD MANAGEMMET. No response at all

- CMcarlos munguiaJun 13, 20191.0The guy that works the mornings is always rude.I tried to park there today and he tells me no I can’t park there,I have to have reservation cause they packed.I got there at 7 am and I saw for myself that it wasn’t packed at all.I told him ok I’ll do the reservation online real quick he said no I would have to back up the car and do it outside so I left and went to another parking where they treat there customers better.This is not the first time either.This guy should not be working there.

But they really need you to call a day prior if you want your car, and if you don't they yell at you - which prevents last second trips. Also, they raise their prices every few months.
