- YOYujin OhJul 3, 20222.0You need this weird link to get your car back (instead of a physical ticket)- there were less than 10 cars and my husbands' phone died. The person was refusing to allow us to solve the situation. He literally rolled his eyes at us when we asked if we can charge our phone quickly and was so rude from the start as we were dropping the car. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 to be fair. it did keep our car safe. But i will NOT be choosing this place ever again. it's not cheap to park here but the service is so horrible- puts a bad taste in your mouth. If you hate your life because your job is miserable, put your anger at something else, not customers who did nothing wrong to you.
- RJRobert JefferyJul 12, 20211.0Today (July 12), the garage was almost 3 hours late opening! It is supposed to open at 6am, and the parking attendant didn't show up until 8:50am. Unacceptable. I've only been parking here since June and this is the second time this happened. I have no complaints about the staff themselves - very nice and friendly. But Icon parking is taking our money without properly staffing their garage. I would not recommend using this place as they are unreliable.
