  Terrible customer service, professionalism and communication. We came on Aug. 7, 2025, had a reservation on Spot Hero, the gentleman checked it and texted us the receipt, confirming that we prepaid and everything was set for the day. Came back at 6:30 pm and the new attendant claimed that we had to pay $90 because allegedly our QR wasn't scanning, then he claimed that he couldn't find our reservation [#, telephone #, license plate #etc]. Repeated requests for help and resolution were met with "you just have to pay again" He even went so far as to ask us to step into the booth so that we "can see" for ourselves that the system wasn't finding our reservation. When we got firm and stated that we are not paying again, that he can see for himself we got a receipt earlier etc. So if he can't help then he should call his manager or someone who can. He got very aggressive and threatened to not only hold our keys, but call the cops. We refused to back down and finally he MIRACULOUSLY was able to type in our reservation # and confirm that we had prepaid for the DAY. DISGUSTING. DISGUSTING behavior. He then rationalized his behavior by stating that asking for the manager was coming at him when he was trying to help [which at nonpoint he was willing to do]. Whoever owns this location needs to fire this man and get properly trained, customer service appropriate staff unless they're the ones encouraging this behavior to make more money.
