The receipt I got for initially parking my car lists the 515 W52nd St address. But the garage is on 504 W 53rd St. How does that make any sense? Their phone number doesn't work. I called customer service and confirm that the number doesn't work for them either.

And there's only one driveway in and out. And more cars kept coming down the ramp preventing others from leaving. 3 times someone had to back up and out so that another car could leave.
