  Waiting 1.5 hours for my car. Only one guy working and he seems to let people cut the line. Horribly run. I’d rather deal with Penn Station and the NJ Transit trains.

  Coming from a small town i was nervous coming to NYC and leaving my car in a garage overnight these guys made it easy, about 5 minutes to check it in and 5 to get it out

  Left our car here for three nights over the weekend, paid 215. An annoying expense but car seems to be in good condition and staff was friendly. You’re not allowed to leave your car there after they bring it up for you to take, even though you’ve technically paid for that day.

  I wish I could rate this place 0 stars. But since I can't, I'm giving my honest opinion about this place. Went here 2 nights ago (7/18/25) with my family. We parked our car there and left to go see Heathers. We came back at around 9:30-9:45 pm. So we waited and the parking attendant guy (I don't know his name, but he looked about mid 50's, 5'4-5'5, thinning black hair and bald on top, and he had black glasses.) went down and got our car. So we took my dad's car and he has a Ford. Not really important to the story, but just some background knowledge. So he was driving our car up, but close to the top, it started rolling backwards. He got it to move forward again, and we got the car. But here's the thing. We got into the car, but it wouldn't start. It kept making a weird sound and the gear stick wouldn't move. Turns out the guy put it in Sports Mode, which my dad's never drove in. So we had to get out of the car, and wait for over an hour for the guy, only to make us fill out an incident report. While my dad was filling that out, he said that he would pay for our Uber home. Keep that in mind. Around 11:40 pm, the guy started getting mad at us and said we had to go. But we couldn't go since our car was stuck! Both of my parents got out of the car to talk to him, and he started getting more and more agitated at them, eventually getting very annoyed at us, eventually calling his manager/supervisor and saying that we could stay. My dad eventually came back into the car and told us what was going on, while my mom talked to the parking attendant who said that he wasn't going to pay for our Uber home. We had to call a tow truck and leave our car there. The tow truck would be coming at 5 am but this Icon Parking doesn't open until 6 am. We were super nervous to leave our car there, (since it's NYC) but the parking attendant said it would be okay there. When we got it back yesterday, (7/19/25) it had a small dent in it that hadn't been there before. The tow truck company (not going to say their name for legal reasons) said it had been there when they picked it up. Needless to say, we're never parking back here ever again. And if anyone ever gets this guy, I apologize to you in advance.

  Used app service to book in advance, denied seevice as garage was "full". They are happy to take your money but give you no service.
