I dropped off my car with the morning valet and later discovered someone had gone through my vehicle and my belongings were missing. When I asked the afternoon staff, they said they had no information. This was very upsetting — please be aware.
- APAngela PolloniNov 7, 20241.0Terrible service. The Icon parking app showed this address but when I arrived, I realized I was supposed to be at another location a couple blocks away. The attendant was rude in telling me this. I followed an exit sign to leave the parking garage (which was poorly lit too). The attendant yelled at me telling me I was going toward the building parking and then raced my car quickly to the proper exit and said “take the stairs up” in a nasty tone. Never coming to this location again.
