- KKKevinOct 18, 20241.0NO LO RECOMIENDO, PÉSIMO comportamiento del tipo que está en la rampa no sé cual sea su trabajo porque ni nos permitió considerar pagar el servicio, no nos quiso dar información, ACTITUD NEFASTA y GROSERO, comienza literalmente REGAÑÁNDOME y tratándome como tonto preguntando si “no leí que decía alto” cuando apenas me estaba acercando a la entrada a pedir información, fui amable con él a pesar de eso y todavía me voltea los ojos solo por preguntar el precio por hora, lo cual me respondió con otra cosa totalmente irrelevante con actitud de molestia por “atendernos”, HORRIBLE, no soporté su falta de respeto y me fui de ahí, encontré otro estacionamiento y sin ningún problema nos atendieron. Ese sujeto no debe estar atendiendo personas, quién sabrá cuantos clientes se han perdido por su actitud.

I stayed at Hyatt centrc and he gave a discount at the time of entry for 24 hour parking but when I came the next day to pickup my car he charged me for two days telling me I'm late by 5 minutes. I arrived and there was no one at the counter and he was busy parking other cars. He is a very rude guy and I would never come again. They scammed me two days charge for one day.

It caused a 25- minute delay for me, before my car got into the garage. This garage has a single-lane narrow ramp for all cars coming and going. It's a mess. It was aggravating.... a big big hassle costing $50.
