  As other said they take advantage. $75 to park and watch a show across the street. 2:00pm to 6:30pm

  would of given them a zero but not possible the extorted us and wouldn’t let us leave until we paid the outrageous amount of money. WE PAID 90$ FOR TWO HOURS!! it was supposed be $59 under two hours so i purposely got there ten minutes early and they tried to ignore me and ended up lying and forcing my to pay $90. the employee on call threatened to call the cops on my meanwhile i could of called the cops on them for fraud. DO NOT COME HERE!!! this is a absolutely outrageous, disgusting, and unacceptable. I highly suggest you do not come here unless you want to get scammed. This guy was a total jerk.

  This garage was absurd amount or money $90 for 2 hours then continues to call they police and argued when my group came 2 hours before our time they argued and was rude and argued when they fought me and was so many men involved and many people got involved when it was a two person job and called the police on me.

  Horrible parking lot! Charged double than the rate they originally quoted! Ignored me until the time limit went over the 2 hr mark then charged $90. Terribly rude and absurd customer service.

  Such a fantastic parking experience, it could *not* have been easier. I was nervous about parking coming into the city the weekend of the NYC marathon, but I downloaded the BestParking app and found Icon close to Broadway, booked it for a super reasonable price, found it easily, and spent the day seeing shows! The valets were incredibly friendly as well, which was icing on the cake. I will definitely use Icon again and recommend them to others looking for easy, affordable parking in Manhattan!
