Full rate was applied since we left after the early bird window ended. No pro rating was applied. Cash pricing which was overtly posted was not honored. Implicit and explicitly dishonest. This is a particular bummer since this service is contracted by Sloan Kettering. Gouging folks with cancer is pretty rotten practice.
