  I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at your parking garage last week. I had a confirmed reservation for a minivan from 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM, with the appropriate vehicle type and associated fees clearly specified and paid in advance. Upon arrival, I was met by an employee, who first told us we were 10 minutes early and would need to pay $10 extra. To avoid the charge, we waited the 10 minutes, only for this employee to then demand an extra $10 because we had a minivan, despite the reservation clearly showing that the vehicle type was declared and the extra charge already included in our payment. It became clear that he was upset he couldn't extract an additional $10 from us. He then falsely claimed that the garage closes at 9 PM, and warned us that he wouldn’t be responsible if it was closed when we returned, despite the fact that our booking was valid until midnight, and the garage is advertised as a 24-hour facility. Due to this clear attempt to intimidate and mislead us, we chose not to leave our car there and came back early and parked at another garage. The experience felt like a scam and an attempt to extort additional money from customers who had already paid in full. There are plenty of other reliable parking options in NYC, and I will absolutely not be parking at this location again.

  The location was great. The staff was very personable and organized. We used the ParkWhiz app and all worked perfectly. We will make sure we go to this garage when we are in the area.
