  I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at this parking garage. I left my car there around 8 PM to have dinner. When I returned to pick it up, the valet was driving out in a white car as we walked in. He waved at us, leaving my sister and me confused, so we waited for him to say something. He took a little while to finally come out of the car. When he finally got out of the car, he told us the garage was closed, explaining that he closes at 12:00. I immediately checked my phone to see the time—it was 12:01. I showed him the time, but instead of being understanding, he began yelling at us, saying he doesn’t get paid for overtime. We pleaded with him to give us our car, explaining that we live an hour away, but he refused. He even pretended to lock the gate while we were still inside, only stopping when he realized how unreasonable that was. At this point, it became clear he was waiting for us to offer him extra money. When we asked how much he wanted, he got angrier but finally retrieved our car. Looking back, it’s obvious he had been sitting in the car, waiting for the clock to hit 12:01 so he could claim the garage was closed. This entire experience was upsetting and felt like a deliberate attempt to an extra buck.

  The location was great. The staff was very personable and organized. We used the ParkWhiz app and all worked perfectly. We will make sure we go to this garage when we are in the area.
