- SFShots FiredOct 14, 20251.0OCT 14th 1:30PM: Pre-paid for parking here and this man rudely said ”cancel it. we’re not doing that today.” I asked him if we were at the right address in case we made a mistake in location and he covered his face dramatically saying ”you don’t understand.” We could not understand his English so maybe that’s a him problem and not us. Disgusting treatment.
- RGRicardo GarciaMay 21, 20251.0Eu estive nesse local pela primeira vez no dia 20/04 por volta de 11:00 AM 13:00 PM, veículo tesla modelo 3 e fiquei surpreendido com a falta de profissionalismo por parte dos funcionários o primeiro que me atendeu quando fui buscar o veículo, estava calado todo momento e não me informou como funcionava o estacionamento, apenas entrei no meu veículo para ir embora em seguida o mesmo veio super rude a minha direção e dizendo que não iria me aceitar mais no estacionamento, em seguida quando eu estava saindo da garagem havia outro funcionário mexendo no telefone e não ajudava a me instruir na saída para que não houvesse acidentes comigo e os pedestres. Sou apenas um turista não conheço nada na América e meu inglês não é muito fluente, tentei ser gentil ao máximo mesmo assim fui mal tratado.

I've been parking at this specific garage for nearly 15YEARS for work so I've seen its evolution. PROS: 1) Wheelchair Accessible...REALLY! Entrance is on the street level. (Others claim to be but are not.) 2) The new management and manager William is VERY POLITE & kind. CONS: 1) A few disgruntled workers. I understand being a parking attendant is not the easiest job BUT if they were polite or smiled a little they might get bigger tips. 2) Also, the garage claims to close at MIDNIGHT, so if a customer arrives at 11:59pm they should allow the customer to access their car & not blame the customer. 3) Price...it ain't cheap!
