  This is my second time renting from Enterprise and I couldn’t have been more pleased. I showed up for a 7:30 am pickup that I had reserved the night before on their website, and the office was open and had a car ready for me. I asked if I could keep the car in the garage until 9 am, since my family wasn’t going to be ready until then (and it’s a pain/expensive to park in Manhattan) and the agent on-site told me “no problem”, the car will be waiting for me. I prepaid for the gas tank fill-up. On the day I was due to return the car, we had to drop someone off at JFK, so I called Enterprise to see if I could change the drop-off location to JFK instead of Manhattan. No problem! They sent me a confirmation link with the JFK location, and they also reminded me that I already paid for gas fillup and I didn’t need to fill the tank myself before my dropoff. That was a very honest think to remind me about. They could have just omitted that with the chance that I might have given them free gas. I’ll be choosing Enterprise again. They treat you nice, so treat their property nice and you’ll have a pleasant experience. It’s simple.

  Absolutely outstanding service! Gustavo R. went above and beyond to make my rental experience smooth and stress-free. From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with a friendly smile, was incredibly professional, and made sure I got the perfect vehicle for my needs. The process was quick, efficient, and genuinely pleasant. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about the customer experience the way Gustavo does - his staff as well :)) He’s a great representation of what customer service should be — thank you, Gustavo!

  I'll admit I was a little worried when I saw the location, but ended up still experiencing the same great customer service I continue to receive from Enterprise. They were busier than I anticipated they'd be on a Monday morning, but I didn't have to wait long and the transaction was still smooth. The worst part was trying to get out of Manhattan from that location on a Monday morning due to the proximity to Times Square (and just being NYC in general), but I'd chosen it due to being walking distance from my hotel. I'd still use this location again in the future, despite the heavy surrounding traffic.

  This is likely the most unprofessional enterprise I’ve ever experienced, in my life. I typically don’t post bad reviews but I honestly was so furious after my interactions here that I had to post. Made a reservation for 630pm on a Friday (all info is already added through enterprise systems) and the confirmation says I just need my Canadian drivers license and credit card and I’m all set. I get there and they say they need to see a passport... Btw, this isn’t mentioned anywhere on the confirmation nor has it come up before. The place closes at 7 and my apt is 20 mins away, I tell them I’ll run and come back; both employees said they would leave exactly at 7 but the manager would be there. I get back and it’s 7:01 pm, and, from what I can tell, they had closed up much prior to 7pm, all lights off, all doors locked. One of the employees I saw earlier see me walk but she’s walking out; I finally speak to someone who (I assume is the manager), at 7:01 and says he can’t do a damn thing. In his words (he would have to boot everything back up and it would take a lot of time); now, maybe no one told him I was coming back, or, maybe it got lost in translation. I’m not sure; regardless, the behaviour from the folks here was wholly unprofessional. You see someone who your colleagues know was coming back and it’s clear from the situation what’s going on, you should have honored the reservation. What frustrated me even further is, it was clear they closed before 7pm. Everything was shutoff; I’m almost certain if I came at 6:55 it would’ve been the same. Anyway, what a shame.
