One of the employees(tall black employee) tried to block a public parking spot with his body, then told me to “go back to my country.” When I asked for his name and the manager, he became aggressive, cursed at me, and shouted. I also noticed employees driving the wrong way down the street instead of going around the block — very unsafe and unprofessional. I will be filing formal complaints with Enterprise corporate, the Better Business Bureau, the NYC Department of Consumer and Worker Protection, and through the NYC 311 website. I already sand complain to Enterprise corporations they have all my information.
