    Kevin gets 5 stars for service! He was pleasant, efficient, and so helpful. Overall location and quality of car knocked off a star. Pickup, handled by a different employee, took forever and she seemed confused. So, pretty good, and if you’re lucky you’ll work with Kevin! Managers, if you’re reading this, give that dude a raise!

    Caroline is wonderful! I rented a car and she pulled it out onto the street for me from the underground garage. After my trip was over she called to make sure everything went ok, and closed my account (the deposit was removed from my bank within a few days). It was really a pleasure renting from here as opposed to others in the city.
