    **Disappointing Experience – Hidden Charges and Poor Accountability** Returned the car with a full tank, yet was hit with a surprise 'FULL TANK' refueling charge. When I raised the issue, the staff refused to address it as they were busy with other customers and deferred it to a “busy manager” who never called/followed up. This kind of evasive behavior erodes trust. I expected better transparency and accountability from a professional rental service. Credits where it is due - my car pick up was fast and easy. Car was in great condition. Sneaky charges on return erased all that good experience Edit: Thank you Natalie for your response. I already sent an email to the customer service before I posted the review here. Would appreciate if I can get a reply to my concern in the service request

    When we got there, there was no car available and we had to wait an 1h for the car to even arrive. The service in the mean time was not that good aswell.

    Had a great experience here with excellent service at desk. Car was spotless and they gave me the best price for the best car in the class I chose. I got a medium suv and it was great. Awesome midtown location, easy to get to and easy to return. Thank you!

    Alamo is always a guarantee in the United States. Again we had a great time, great price, impeccable service. The economy car we rented was not ready so they gave us a nice upgrade to a wonderful car, it was practically new. On pickup they were quick and convenient, on return it took us a minute.
