When I raised the issue, the staff refused to address it as they were busy with other customers and deferred it to a “busy manager” who never called/followed up. This kind of evasive behavior erodes trust. I expected better transparency and accountability from a professional rental service. Credits where it is due - my car pick up was fast and easy. Car was in great condition. Sneaky charges on return erased all that good experience Edit: Thank you Natalie for your response.
