And from the very first minute, she was more rude than I've ever experienced in the US. Her colleague, on the other hand, was nice—we got the feeling that her colleague's unprofessional behavior was very embarrassing for her. And the car was fine.

Durch sie haben wir den grauen Dogde Durango bekommen, den sie extra für uns vom Flughafen geholt haben. Ein Traumauto!!!! Leider sind wir durch einen defekten Aufzug und die ausgefallene Subway W in New York 1 Stunde zu spät zur Abholung unseres ursprünglich gebuchten Wagens gekommen. Ganz vielen Dank nochmal!!!!
