George and Rosalie made sure I would get my rental and even gave me a better car than the one I asked for. I initially forgot my credit card and had a payment issue and you would think that might frustrate the counter person but instead they reassured me everything was going to work out and gave me advice to get the issue fixed. It is rare you find such kind, competent people.

And from the very first minute, she was more rude than I've ever experienced in the US. Her colleague, on the other hand, was nice—we got the feeling that her colleague's unprofessional behavior was very embarrassing for her. And the car was fine.
