Requirement to use my debit card : flight ticket back to my country (but I live in NYC) Absolutely ridiculous, not willing to help at all. Will never rent from Sixt ever again. Never had any issue using my debit card with Hertz, will go back to them in the future. If I could give 0 stars, you would get it. UPDATE: I came back the next day with a credit card and got a car. However the car (SUV) I booked was not available and I was left with 2 options : - Upgrade and pay 50% more - Downgrade to non-SUV and get a small discount Only positive is that the guy was nice and trying to help. SIXT never again
