- AKAdama konaté2 days ago1.0A bunch of idiots at this location! They have some kind of policy that can stop you from getting the car. My company booked a van with them for a business trip and everything was paid online. At pick up they told I cannot pick up the van because an additional $200 needs to be paid with the same card that was used for the reservation. However, no communication was made by them through the reservation confirmation email nor through the pick up instructions. The van won’t get picked up without the physical card that was used for the registration.

We arrived a few minutes late for our pick up time at 1pm and Kimmel was super understanding and helped us get a car (even though the location closes at 1pm on Sundays). He was so kind and helpful - we truly appreciated his positive energy and amazing service!

I waited 30 minutes to pickup my vehicle and an additional hour for the car to come up from the garage below. Definitely the worst rental experience I’ve had in the city.
- KWKridtin WongpoovarakJan 2, 20261.0worst experience ever ,i have to waiting for the car more than an hour ! +the process around 30mins i’m arrived at the site at 11.40 ,and this is 13.32 and still waiting the staff said the car will ready in 10-15 mins and that is a lie it will be a lot easier if just said 45-60 mins that people can plan their time to do things really waste the time ,go to JFK airport ,trust me ,it will be faster and happier than waited at this car rental
- RPRodrigo PinedaDec 19, 20255.0I want to give a special shout-out to the crew on this Sixt location. This was the first time that I rented a car with Sixt and it was as smooth as it could be. My car was there on time and Kimmel helped me to get everything processed as fast as possible! He was also kind, an excellent communicator and made sure I had everything ready to enjoy a few days out of the city. Upon my return, the system took around 2 days to send the "return confirmation" which made me a bit nervous, but I assume this has to do with Sixt's systems rather than the location, this is something that they could improve. Anyway, just because of the staff I would consider renting again in here!
